Lisa has set up plans to help people from home who can't get out and do the diet outside of work or family commitments. This gives you the chance to do it. I'm a mother to two young kids and my husband works away for weeks at a time so I find it hard to get out and about but this plan has given me a new insight into what you can achieve at home from doing it yourself getting the support from Lisa and other clients in the group.
